Many people have a sense of longing, of emptiness, of something missing that they really can't quite put their finger on. Spirit In Me will help you better formulate those questions and begin the journey of finding answers that make sense to you on multiple levels. 

There are many options and approaches available to us. We will find and utilize what works best for you. From card readings, to astrological charts, to meditation, visualization exercises, to intuitive and heart to heart conversations, we will identify what works best for you and give you tools to help you as you begin this life-long journey of discovering the spirit in you. 

It will vary from person to person. This will be one of the topics of the introductory appointment. We will determine what will be best suited for you. For most clients, I will recommend a seven session program that will set you on a life-long journey of spiritual growth and discovery.
